A woman came into our lice treatment center yesterday. She was very upset. Her family had head lice. She had gone someplace else for treatment, spent a lot of money, and still had lice. We offered to help her, and gave her our lice shampoo. She watched as we treated other children with it. She was confident that she could do it on her own. We told her to stay in touch. I just got off the phone with her, and everyone is fine.
